Donation Requests

Donation Guidelines

King Ferry Winery receives many requests for wine donations for raffles, live auctions, dinners, silent auctions, basket raffles, etc. While these requests are all for worthy causes, we must limit our donations. We receive on average approximately 30 donation requests a week. This year King Ferry has cut back on the quantity of wine donated because we are donating funds directly to the Food Bank of Central New York. We are also limiting the number of donations during each quarter so that we can respond to requests throughout the year.

Appllication Process

Submit your request at least 1 month in advance of the event by completing and submitting the online form below. Once a week, our review committee will decide on each application. We will e-mail our response in a timely manner.

Donation types

Many of our donations are on a basis of 50/50, i.e., for each bottle of wine that your organization pays for we will donate one bottle. Please check the appropriate box below to indicate whether you are requesting a 50/50 split, 100% donation by King Ferry to  (requests in NY or NJ), or some other basis. All requests to be considered must be entered through the donation request form. Those events most likely to be considered will be for fundraisers occuring in states we have a sales presence and organzations tied directly with charitable acts.

We ask that you fill out the website form below for a donation request. After completing the form, click the Send Request button at the bottom; we will make every effort to respond to your request in a timely manner. If the form is filled out without the above being read or considered, then your request will not be considered or responded to either.
