Giving Tuesday may have wrapped up a couple weeks ago, but the Treleaven family is continuing to give back to the local community on a daily basis. We can always promise to create delicious wines for people to enjoy, but there is no better way to say “thank you” to every customer who has in some way led to the success of our small farm winery than by giving back.
Part of the Treleaven vision is to help support local nonprofit organizations in their missions to create stronger communities. Whether donating proceeds from sales of a specific wine, or donating an overall percentage of revenues or profits, we are always trying to find a way to make a difference.
So if you’re looking for opportunities to be charitable in 2017, why not drink Treleaven wine (or a slushy) for a good cause?
Christmas is only 14 days away, and the Treleaven elves are feeling extra happy this time of year – so let the 12 Days of Giveaways begin! From December 14th through 25th, we will be giving one lucky winner a day a gift including discounts, bottles of wine, merchandise and event tickets to stuff into loved one’s stockings or to be enjoyed by you!
Wine & Spirits magazine’s October issue saw Treleaven’s 2013 Semi-Dry Riesling make the list of the Best U.S. New Releases. A blind panel tasted 684 new-release US wines of which only 78 were rated as exceptional (90+) and 20 as Best Buys.
Do you love wine, beautiful fall foliage, delicious food and live entertainment? If so, we invite you to join our annual Harvest Fest, Saturday and Sunday, October 8 and 9 from 10am – 5pm each day.
The two-day celebration includes numerous festival activities such as traditional grape stompings, pumpkin painting contests, wine and craft beer, lawn games and live entertainment. Come with an empty stomach, as local food trucks will be serving up their scrumptious grub. Bring the whole family for what promises to be a wonderful weekend!
Pennsylvania residents rejoice – the new liquor law signed by Gov. Tom Wolf back in June has opened the door for direct-to-consumer shipping from winemakers nationwide, and Treleaven has just been approved for a direct shipper license to Pennsylvania.
That’s right – Pennsylvania residents will now be able to have their favorite out-of-state wines shipped to their door. The historic legislation, which went into effect Aug. 8, makes Pennsylvania the 44th state to allow direct-to-consumer shipment of wine.
