How much is the ticket service fee?
The service fee is $1.50 per ticket purchased.
What if I lost my ticket or need a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a concert cancellation, in which case tickets are refundable at the original point of purchase only. Lost tickets purchased at the winery can be replaced. Please contact Treleaven directly for any lost tickets purchased – 315.364.5100 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
When do doors open to Donna the Buffalo & Friends?
Ticket holders will be allowed into The Hangtime approximately one hour before the event is scheduled to start – 1:00pm.
May I bring children?
Yes, however, due to artist contracts and venue capacity regulations a ticket is required for children three years of age and older attending a performance (no exceptions). Children age two or younger are free with a ticketed adult in the general admission area. Anyone under the age of 21 is not allowed to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.
May I bring dogs?
Yes, pet and human-friendly dogs are welcomed at Treleaven, but must be kept on a leash at all times.
May I buy a ticket the day of the show?
If available, day of show tickets may be purchased at the door. There is no extra charge for day of show tickets when they are available. Service Charges will still apply.

Is smoking permitted?
Smoking (including Electronic cigarettes) is NOT permitted in the winery, The Hangtime or the lawn. The “Designated Smoking Area” is located in the parking areas. Marijuana use is NOT permitted anywhere on the Treleaven grounds.
What if it rains? May I bring an umbrella?
The event will take place outside and held RAIN or SHINE. Please dress for the weather. Unless under The Hangtime, there is no covered seating. Shade umbrellas are NOT permitted. Normal rain umbrellas will be permitted during inclement weather only and must be put down during weather breaks.
Will I be able to stand and/or dance during the performance?
You are welcome to stand and/or dance during the performance, but we ask that you be courteous to those around you and respectful of the artist’s performance. There is a cement pad in front of the band stage specifically for dancing.
May I bring a chair?
Lawn seating is festival-style in the outback. Ticket holders enter the field on a “first come, first served” basis. You may not hold additional seating space in anticipation of others joining you. Blankets and/or low beach chairs are permitted anywhere in lawn seating.
May I bring a camera?
Most artists’ contracts prohibit the use of flash cameras, professional cameras, digital cameras with detachable lenses, and tape/video recording devices and therefore, they are not permitted during the event. Professional cameras, film, tape and discs will be confiscated and become the property of the artist. Cell phones are permitted, unless the artist contract states otherwise, but may NOT be used to record the artist. Should cell phones become an obstruction you will be asked to put them away.
What is the process for parking?
Limited parking on-site is available for free—carpooling is encouraged! There is also free off-site parking located approximately one-quarter mile north of the winery on Center Road—please follow the signs. Buses or motor coaches must also call 315.364.5100 in advance for parking arrangements. There is no RV or camper parking available at Treleaven.

How do I get to the winery?
Treleaven is located in King Ferry, New York, approximately 18 miles north of Ithaca and 56 miles south of Syracuse. See above for a map and driving directions.
May I bring alcoholic beverages?
Please DO NOT bring any alcoholic beverages with you. Alcoholic beverages consumed on the winery grounds must be purchased at the winery. No other beer, spirits or wine brands are permitted anywhere on the winery grounds and will be confiscated. For your safety and the safety of others, a security check will be done at the entry to The Hangtime. Coolers are NOT permitted. The Hangtime bar, Treleaven tasting room and beer trailer will be open throughout the duration of the event.
May I bring my own food items?
Please DO NOT bring any outside food with you. In addition to the wine, wine slushies, beer and non-alcoholic beverages, a selection of local food trucks will be on-site in the outback selling a variety of items during the duration of the performance. May I bring a barbecue? What about candles?
Please, NO barbecues, candles, etc. NO open flames are permitted anywhere in or near The Hangtime.
Will CDs and other artist merchandise be available?
Artist merchandise is provided by the artist. Some artists do not carry merchandise with them.
Guests are prohibited from bringing weapons onto the Treleaven grounds or into the concert venue. Weapons include but are not limited to firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, clubs, batons, pepper spray, tear gas, box cutters, and knives of any size. Guests will be asked to remove the weapon or dispose of it. You will be ejected if you refuse to comply.
Are there camping and/or hotel accommodations?
Are winery tours available on event day? What time does the tasting room and grounds close?
Tours will NOT be available the day of the event. The Tasting Room and grounds close at 6:00 p.m. to all non-ticket holders.
