This is an excellent example of what a Dry Riesling strives to be! Lime, tangerine & wet flint accents on the nose lead into a soft, round mouthfeel with ripe pear & honeydew. This wine is refreshing like spring air after rain.

Winemaker NotesThe fruit for this wine was sourced from two different vineyards, 84% King Ferry Vineyards and 16% from Jackman Vineyards. The King Ferry Vineyards lot was fermented with Steinberger yeast and the Jackman Vineyards lot was fermented with Epernay II. Yeast nutrient additions were done and after the alcoholic fermentation was complete sulfites were added. The wine was cold stabilized and filtered then sterile filtered and bottled using a natural cork closure.
