Tasting Notes
Well balanced with a great acidity, this blend of Vignoles and Vidal starts sweet but softens and balances mid-palate to make this a very drinkable wine for a wide range of tastes.

100% estate grown and our newest label at the winery. This wine was first produced in 2009 and has quickly become a favorite. This is a vegan friendly wine.

A blend of 79% Vidal Blanc & 21% Vignoles
Food Pairing Notes
This is a great wine for getting together with friends. Wonderful with anything off the grill, cheese platters, a picnic on a hot summer day, and pairs nicely with Greek & Mediterranean cuisine. One of the few wines that we have found that pairs well with an olive tray.
