Registration for 4th Annual Ride for Heart Health NOW OPEN

Join the community for the fourth annual Ride for Heart Health on Saturday, June 25 at Treleaven! The event is a non-profit ride – sponsored by Cayuga Heart Institute, Treleaven Wines, and Barn Warrior Crossfit – raising money for cardiac awareness with the funds going to the Cayuga Heart Institute.

We hope you can join us for what is known as “one of the nicest rides in the Finger Lakes”, raising funds and awareness for heart health. With routes of 30, 50, and 70 miles, there is something for every level of cyclist, with beautiful views, two Finger Lakes (depending on your route), great camaraderie, and a not-to-be missed after party feat. The Delta Mike Shaw Band from 11:30AM-2:30PM.

Registration fee includes ride, stemless wine glass, free wine tasting, lunch, free live music, and a great time – no additional funds need to be raised!  Registration fee of $45 is $5 lower than last year’s fee until May 26; after that it is $55.  New this year!  Cycling jersey, men’s and women’s cut, pre-order by May 26!  Great price and wonderful souvenir.  Click HERE to register.

Listen HERE to the owner of Treleaven Winery, Pete Saltonstall, discuss how this ride came about after he suffered a sudden cardiac arrest several years ago.
