Because of the widely variable laws controlling the shipment of wine in the United States, we have created this page to help you determine the restrictions and limitations that you may face.

You must be 21+ years of age to buy wine. By placing your order with this winery you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21+ years of age. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21+ years of age. Wine may not be shipped to PO Boxes.
Mailing & Shipping Information
All orders will be processed within 2-4 business days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: United Parcel Service (UPS) or Fed Ex, with delivery times being Monday – Friday (No Holidays). Shipments are usually Fed Ex Ground; if you require express or 2 –day shipping, please call us at 315-364-5100 for additional charges. Sorry, but we cannot ship to PO Boxes. UPS & Fed Ex will attempt delivery 2 times, after which, the package will be returned to Treleaven by King Ferry Winery. We will reship the package only after obtaining customer approval and payment of any return and reshipping fees by the customer.
Delivery times vary based on location. Please allow 7-10 business days for ground delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays based on the third party shipper.
Once credit cards have been processed you will need to contact FedEx to make any shipping changes. You will receive an email from Treleaven by King Ferry Winery with a tracking number and a link to their website. (Call 1-800-GO-FEDEX).
Tips to help you get your shipment:
- FedEx has many locations. Have your wine delivered to your local FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, and pick up your package at your convenience. Many of these centers have extended hours, facilitating early or late-night pickups. Click here to find the location nearest to your home.
- Use your work address, that way there will be an adult available to sign for the package during business hours.
* It is the responsibility of all Treleaven customers to select appropriate delivery time of shipment. If any packages are returned to the winery because the recipient is not home to sign, the recipient is responsible for any shipping and return costs. If the recipient chooses to resend the wine, the re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
* If you are sending wine as a gift, please make the recipient aware the package is coming and will need to sign for it. If possible, pass the tracking information on to the recipient as well so they can see when it will be delivered and make arrangements.
Returns & Cancellations
If an order is mis-shipped due to incorrect order information provided by the sender, the sender is responsible for all associated fees and will be billed accordingly by Treleaven. Mis-shipments include: delivery to the wrong address, delivery intercepts and orders returned to the winery. In the event that Treleaven or our third party fulfillment center processes an order incorrectly, we will incur the fees associated to re-route or re-ship the order for accurate delivery.*
*It is the responsibility of all Treleaven wine club members to maintain accurate membership information at all times. Changes to your membership must be submitted in writing two weeks prior to February 1, May 1 and September 1 to avoid mis-shipments of automatic wine club releases.
We will replace or refund purchase price for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask that the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If it is determined that the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
